Parking & Access Considerations
To ensure safety and prevent overspray, it is essential that vehicles do not park in designated operational zones along the perimeter of the building during cleaning. These areas should be actively managed and clearly marked as restricted. For optimal workflow and minimal disruption, we recommend closing one side of the building per day. Guests should be notified in advance of these temporary closures both before their arrival and throughout their stay. Signage should be posted in key locations, including entryways, elevators, stairwells, and common areas, to keep guests informed.
Cleaning Methodology
Our soft washing process is a safe and effective method for cleaning exterior surfaces. This involves the use of a low-pressure pump (300 PSI) that combines water, surfactant, and sodium hypochlorite (bleach) to eliminate organic stains and buildup. Following the application, all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed. We take additional measures to protect surrounding vegetation by pre-wetting landscaping and covering sensitive areas as needed.
Safety Protocols
Safety is our top priority, especially in active environments. To minimize disruption to your operations and ensure guest and staff safety, we implement the following:
Cleaning will be completed one side at a time.
Large traffic cones, and caution tape will be placed to clearly delineate work zones.
We strongly recommend coordination with staff, particularly in high-traffic areas and during peak times. Having a representative present during these periods can help mitigate risks and ensure a smooth process.
Tampa Bay Droneworx – Terms and Conditions
1. Legally Binding Agreement
By entering into a contract with Tampa Bay Droneworx, the client acknowledges that this constitutes a legally binding agreement for services to be rendered at a mutually agreed-upon price. Should the client cancel the contract without cause, any deposits paid will be retained by Tampa Bay Droneworx as liquidated damages.
2. Product Warranties
All product warranties are limited to those provided by the original manufacturers. Tampa Bay Droneworx does not offer any additional or implied warranties. Clients are encouraged to report any concerns with the completed work immediately for proper resolution.
3. Water Usage
The client agrees to provide access to a functional on-site water supply, free of charge, for use during the project. If water access is unavailable or requires off-site sourcing, additional charges will apply. The client is responsible for ensuring the water supply is turned on and operational prior to the start of work. Deionized water may be required for certain services, such as window treatment, and may incur further charges if a suitable water source is not available.
4. Electrical Usage
The client agrees to provide access to a reliable on-site electrical source, free of charge. If external power supply is required due to unavailability, additional charges will be assessed.
5. Color and Tone Variations
Natural materials such as wood vary in density, grain, age, and weather exposure, all of which can influence the final stain color and tone. Variations may appear between boards and across the entire surface. While Tampa Bay Droneworx will strive to match the desired color or tone as closely as possible, some inconsistency should be expected and accepted.
6. Site Courtesy and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring that children, pets, and other individuals remain clear of the work area during service and for at least 24 hours afterward. This is to ensure safety for all parties and to protect the integrity of the work performed.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include check, cash, and credit card. All outstanding balances must be paid in full upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing within the contract. Late payments are subject to applicable fees. The client agrees to pay any costs incurred by Tampa Bay Droneworx in connection with collections of overdue amounts. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will be required to pay a $250 cancellation fee. Any contract not paid in full within the agreed upon timeline will be charged a 5% late fee.
8. Scheduling
Due to the nature of exterior work and weather dependency, scheduling may be affected by inclement conditions. While Tampa Bay Droneworx strives to maintain scheduled timelines, unforeseen delays may occur. Clients will be promptly informed of any changes to the start or completion dates.
9. Removal of Personal Property
Clients are responsible for removing any personal items such as grills, patio furniture, planters, or décor from the work area prior to service. If Tampa Bay Droneworx must remove these items, the company is not liable for any damage, breakage, or storage concerns. Additional fees may apply for the time and labor associated with moving such items.
10. Weatherproofing Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is in sound, weatherproof condition, including all windows, doors, electrical fixtures, and receptacles. Tampa Bay Droneworx is not liable for water infiltration or resulting damage caused by poor or improper installation, sealing, or maintenance. Additionally, removal of artillery fungus is not guaranteed.
11. Pre-Existing Conditions and Property Damage
Tampa Bay Droneworx is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken or unsealed windows and doors, rotted wood, faulty construction, unsecured wires, loose gutters, or deteriorated caulking.
Additionally, aluminum and vinyl siding may exhibit color fading due to prolonged exposure to sunlight and weather. The cleaning process may make this fading more noticeable, which is a normal result of removing surface dirt, oxidation, or chalking. Tampa Bay Droneworx is not responsible for such outcomes, nor for loose mortar that may dislodge during cleaning.
12. Stains and Surface Imperfections
Certain stains—such as those caused by tree sap, artillery fungus, or paint splatter—may not be removable through standard power washing techniques. These limitations will be communicated to the client during the quoting process. In some cases, such stains may remain visible after cleaning despite all reasonable efforts.
13. Concrete Cleaning Limitations
The appearance of concrete surfaces following cleaning depends largely on the original installation and curing process. Cleaning will remove surface contaminants such as dirt, mold, algae, and mildew, which may reveal existing imperfections that were previously hidden. The client acknowledges that concrete may display inconsistency in appearance even within the same surface area (e.g., patio, walkway, driveway).
